I don’t know about you, but my life is not less busy - in fact it is more so – just different. While virtual (live) interaction was always a daily occurance, it did not make up a majority; now it is almost all. Contact often shorter, but way more frequent - and happen often all at the same time - from Zoom calls, GChats and hangouts, Slack exchange, texts and phone calls. In the physical world, people around you can see when you are engaged; in the virtual world, no one knows. A new dimension of multi-tasking.
