Coach-ability is a key trait I look for in a new employee, but on reflection, these qualities are important for even the most senior and seasoned - especially in the world we live in today. Do you have Humility; are you able to admit what you don’t know or can’t do? Are you truly Committed; When working on a difficult task, do you really hang in there to the end? Self-Awareness; Do you recognize how your actions impact others?  Knowledge Seeking; Are you continually trying to learn?  Vulnerability; Are you able to be open and trust others?  When you can truly say “yes” to all of these, then you are part of the solution - not the problem.
