I just read a smart and succinct article from innovator Jon Kao (linked on my Fresh Finds tab) which perfectly framed my thinking on dimensions of leadership. These pillars, while timelessly important, have never been more relevant than today. Combining functional knowledge and emotional intelligence with breakout thinking, framed by a moral code and in context with the heightened mores emerging in our world today. And doing this with a strong commitment to forward momentum. There’s a winning formula.
