De-blurring the lines

As has often been an issue to deal with for long time remote workers, when you work at home, you are often close to your work desk. This is all the more true in these times of self-quarantine. For our sanity, our sleep and health - and even productivity, it has never been more important to compartmentalize your time. Work during the work day, and take breaks. And take the rest of your time for yourself and others you care for, or are in need.
