However, we have come to recognize their immense value in bringing teams together, driving progress, and earning trust.

Leadership is not domination but service to bring out everyone's best. We now recognize the truly strong leader is not the loudest, most arrogant voice in the room but the one who speaks with compassion, self-awareness and grace.
