The Tao of Tolerance

A few years ago, I wrote an article for Forbes that briefly described the “creative thinking DNA” matrix I’ve developed over the years, and use virtually every day in my profession. It describes how people have natural styles for the way they think, communicate and collaborate. Most everyone moves outside their natural styles adaptively, in effort to be sensitive and responsive to the needs of others. Isn’t this a foundation of diversity tolerance?
