What is your essential?
We’ve all had to make do with less recently in some fashion, and seem to be spending more time pursuing it. This causes the need to define what is truly essential for us to have, and to do? As wise writer Greg McKeown writes, “I have to” becomes “I choose to”. “It’s all important” becomes “Only a few things really matter”. And importantly “I can do anything, but not everything.” While the world definitely needs us, we can serve it best by first taking care of our mind and body, and those we hold close.
