Where are the borders of freedom of speech?

“Freedom of Speech” is a phrase that is frequented by the political right and left, and those in between in this country. By definition, this is a legal, not a moral right - it has consequences. It crosses the line when used to purposely offend or harm others, or when used to communicate an “opinioned truth” by those in influence - a truth that is not based in real fact. This promotes more ignorance than not knowing at all.
